A lien may be registered against personal property such as:

• Licences or chattel paper
• Fixtures or crops attached to land (but not the land itself)

To perform this search, you’ll need to provide:

• The full legal name of an individual (including any middle names), or
• The exact legal business or corporation name

This type of search provides a broader view of a debtor’s secured obligations across multiple assets.
