All B.C. incorporated companies (including Unlimited Liability Companies) are legally required to file an Annual Report each year to confirm their company’s information is current. This report must be filed within two months of your incorporation anniversary date, even if there are no changes to your business.

We’ll handle the filing for you and ensure your company remains in good standing with BC Registries. Missing this filing could lead to late penalties or even dissolution, so it’s important to stay on top of it each year.

Proof of filing will be provided by email once the submission is completed. If you’d like to file for multiple years, please check off each year in the form below.
